Michael Ogaz, Milpitas’ former city attorney who alleged he was forced out of his job in 2015 after City Manager Tom Williams threatened to retaliate against the person for beginning an investigation into a workplace complaint, settled his legal complaint against the city last month.

Adam J. Zapala, Ogaz’s attorney, could not be reached for comment over the settlement. Similarly, Milpitas officials would not comment about the settlement but did release a statement to the Post.
